What to Expect.

Sunday, January 5

We welcome you to Halekulani with a Sunset Pau Hana overlooking live Hawaiian music and a traditional hula performance at House Without a Key followed by nightcap conversations at Lewers Lounge.

Monday, January 6

Take part in a full day of briefings, interviews and fireside chats in the Halekulani Ballroom, with lunch just across the courtyard at Hau Terrace. In the evening we head out for a delegate dinner party at the tropical midcentury modern Pacific Club.

Tuesday, January 7

Return to the Halekulani Ballroom for the morning, followed by a delegate lunch at the award-winning La Mer. Later join afternoon roundtables at Shangri La, East-West Center and Punahou School.

Wednesday, January 8

Join one of three optional “Sustainability in Action” Field Trips - a Farm Day at Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation including lunch with Chef Ed Kenney, a visit with the Polynesian Voyaging Society, or a design tour of Liljestrand House and the IBM Building.

hibiscus summit 2025 takes place during the week of the Sony Open (January 6-12, 2025) at Waialae Country Club.

Delegates have an opportunity to extend their stay at Halekulani and play in the Sony Open Pro-Am on Wednesday, January 8 or attend the tournament beginning on January 9 with a VIP Pass to the “Sweet 16 Chalet.”*
