FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I register on-site? Registration is only available online with an invitation code. There is no registration at the event. All delegates must be pre-registered.

What is the recommended attire? Aloha Attire or Business Casual; no need for suits or ties. We suggest visiting our partner Tori Richard for your attire.

Honolulu attire is relaxed business casual but we recommend refraining from shorts or open-toed shoes during hibiscus summit 2025.

For Sustainability in Action Field trips, you will want to dress more casually as you may be outdoors all day and working with the ‘aina (land).

How do I select my Sustainability in Action Field Trip preference? Can I change it later? After you register you will receive a follow up email with instructions on how to select your Sustainability in Action Field Trip preference.

Can I bring friends & family? Honolulu is a very popular vacation destination for guests of all ages. Family members can come and enjoy a variety of activities. Let us know if you will be bringing additional guests and we will coordinate with the hotel concierge to arrange an itinerary for them while you are at hibiscus summit 2025.

What if I have dietary restrictions? Please inform us of any food limitations when you complete your registration form and we will do our best to accommodate any specific allergies or sensitivities.

Can I register for someone else?  Each delegate must register individually with an invitation code. If you know someone who is interested in registering as a delegate, please contact us at aloha@hibiscussummit.org.

What is your refund policy? All hibiscus summit 2025 delegate registration fees are final. All delegate registration fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

  • Do I need a visa to travel to Hawaii? If you are a U.S. citizen, domestic travel does not require a passport, only a valid government photo ID. All international visitors, regardless of country of origin, must present a valid passport or secure document when entering the United States. A visa may be required for entry depending on your country of origin – check with your local consulate.

How do I get to Halekulani? All flights arrive at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport which is conveniently only 25 minutes away by car from Halekulani. If you are staying at Halekulani or Halepuna, roundtrip airport transfers, taxis, and car rentals may be arranged in advance through the hotel Guest Relations teams.
